The Tertiary Educational Institutions Network (TEIN), a students wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of the University of Education Winneba branch has advised young women in Ghana to draw inspiration from successful women in the country who have made it in life despite daunting challenges.

The NDC group made the advice in a release copied to ghdominancenews.com to observe the celebration of the International Women’s Day that falls today, Monday March 8, 2021, on the theme – Choose To Challenge.

“We urge our young women to take inspiration from the achievements and accomplishments of Ama Benyiwa-Doe, Hanna Serwah Tetteh, Prof Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang and a host of equally dedicated women comrades and let their paths be illuminated and guided by the achievements of these successful women”, the TEIN-UEW branch said in the release.

“We urge them to believe and have faith in their potentials. We trust in their ability to challenge the statuesque and make a change”, it added.
