The Deputy National Communications Officer for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Godwin Ako Gunn has told the aspiring General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Iddrisu Musah Superior that he should be worried about the exit of the Nana Addo led government from power, and not the redundancy of their membership cards.
Speaking exclusively on Radio Tamale’s evening political talkshow dubbed – Be Citizens, Not Spectators on Monday June 13, he said the NPP government has made life so unbearable to the ordinary Ghanaian, and does not deserve to be brought back in 2024.
When asked by the host if the NDC will rest on its laurels because some members of the NPP have tagged them as competent being able to organized registration exercise to attract new members, he replied,”Not at all. We will do our best ensure our competence wins us the next elections…”
“Musah Superior should know not only their membership cards have expired. But the entire NPP government is expired”, the Deputy NDC National Communications Officer added.
He was on a supervisory tour of the northern region as the NDC is conducting an exercise to renew the party’s membership cards and get new ones for the Ghanaians who are interested to join.
